What will I study?
A Level Subjects
With 29 different A level subjects to choose from, there is something for everyone! An A level is a two-year programme, with the completion of formal examinations at the end of the two years. Some courses include an element of coursework and/or controlled assessment.
A BTEC course is a vocational qualification that involves applying learning to ‘real-life’ scenarios, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge for employment within a particular industry. BTECs are assessed through the completion of coursework and exams with ‘real-world’ application. Please see the individual subject pages on our website for further information.
We offer the following BTEC subjects:
- Applied Science
- Health & Social Care
- Information Technology
- Applied Psychology (extended certificate - equivalent to one A level)
You will study three or four A levels or a BTEC Diploma alongside an A level.
