Split Banana Delivers Relationships and Health Sessions for Students

News - 21 January 2026

We were delighted to welcome Hajer Ardwish from Split Banana into college this week to work with our students. On Monday, Hajer delivered sessions to our year 12 students, followed by sessions with year 13 students on Friday.

Across both days, students took part in educational talks and sessions covering a wide range of topics linked to relationships and sexual health. The sessions focused on helping young people understand healthy relationships, communication, boundaries and wellbeing.

Split Banana is an award-winning, non-profit organisation specialising in relationship education within PSHE. Their work supports young people to build positive, healthy relationships and make informed choices.

The sessions were engaging, informative and well received by students, who reflected thoughtfully on the topics discussed.
